  • 2. Do I Still Need A Doctor?

    GoodMDs.com is not a substitute for a doctor’s visit. We are committed to providing sound medical care based on the information that you provide. For emergency situations, we recommend that you visit a physician.

  • 3. Is My Information Secure?

    Our platform is fully HIPAA compliant, your data is encrypted to keep your records safe and secure.

    Labs and X-ray reports are always sent via a secured route.

  • 4. How Do I Use GoodMDs.Com?

    You answer health questions online from your smartphone or computer, one of our licensed medical provider will review and if it’s safe to they will send you treatment for minor illness, prescriptions refills & affordable Lab tests.

  • 5. How Do I Know It’s Really A Medical Practitioner?

    GoodMDs.com works exclusively with board certified doctors who are required to complete background checks along with a screening test. We are committed to delivering the highest quality of care.

  • 6. How Do I Know My Case Has Been Received?

    You will receive an email notification confirming that your case has been received and an email notification when your prescription is ready to be picked up at your pharmacy.

  • 7. Can You Treat Everyone?

    Because patients are not physically present in the office for treatment, there are some conditions that our healthcare professionals do not treat. We have to be careful to ensure all of our patients receive safe, appropriate treatments. For this reason, we cannot treat emergencies, complex healthcare situations, or minors under the age of 18. In the event that we are unable to offer the necessary treatment, your consultation fee will be refunded.

  • 8. Are You Available 24/7?

    We are! You can submit your consultation forms and chat with us online at any time. If we give you a prescription, you can pick it up as soon as your pharmacy of choice opens. Regardless of the time of day your consultation is completed and approved, we will send your prescription to the pharmacy right away.

  • 9. Do You Accept Insurance?

    All of our services are offered at a low cost, so we do not accept any medical insurance benefits or process claims. However, your medical insurance can be used to pay for prescriptions, testing in the lab, and imaging services.

  • 10. What If My Payment Didn't Go Through Or I Entered The Wrong Information?

    If you entered the wrong information, you can make changes directly to the form. If all of the information is correct and you still cannot process your request, please send us a message and we will respond as soon as possible.

  • 11. What Is Your Refund Policy?

    The cost of our services and fees are refundable in some cases, but once the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, fees are non-refundable.

  • 12. hOW DO I GET A REFUND

    Simply send us an email or complete our simple contact form. We’ll refund the amount of your consultation fee if we cannot prescribe your medication, but once the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, fees are non-refundable.

  • 13. WHAT IF I CANT AFFORD THE PRESCRIPTION

    Unfortunately, we do not have any influence over what fees are charged for prescriptions and whether or not your prescriptions are covered by medical insurance benefits. When possible, we will be happy to substitute a more affordable prescription if one is available. Even if you choose not to fill your prescription due to cost, you are still responsible for payment of the consultation fee.
